Return & Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY This Return Policy applies to all orders placed on the Hardware 24x7 Platform. 1. General Policy: No Returns, Except Defective/Damaged Hardware 24x7 does not offer a general "no questions asked" return facility. Returns are accepted ONLY in cases of defective or damaged products received at the time of delivery. 2. How to Raise a Return There is no direct/self-service return option in the app. A return request must be raised via a Support Ticket within the app, as soon as possible after the parcel is delivered. If the issue (defect/damage) is identified at the time of delivery itself, the Retailer may seek immediate assistance from the Support Team to flag the shipment before accepting it. The Support Team will review the ticket, request photo/video evidence where necessary, and coordinate with the concerned Vendor for resolution. 3. RTO (Return to Origin) Shipments If a parcel is returned to origin (RTO) due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address, customer unavailability, refusal to accept), the shipment will be routed back to the same Vendor who fulfilled the original order. 4. Shipping Cost on Returns If the return/RTO occurs due to a fault, error, or omission on the part of the Buyer (e.g., wrong address provided, refusal to accept delivery), the return shipping cost will be borne by the Buyer and may be adjusted against the advance payment made. If the return occurs due to a Vendor's mistake (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product, packaging fault), the return shipping cost will be borne by the Vendor. 5. Condition Requirements Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition received, unless the return is on account of an inherent defect or damage in transit. Where the condition of goods is in question, the Retailer may seek guidance and resolution support directly from the Support Team. 6. Non-Returnable Situations Change of mind after delivery Products used, installed, or altered by the Buyer Shortages or discrepancies not reported within a reasonable time of delivery
